	Appearance: Evan would fall under your typical tall, dark and handsome. However, during the war, his handsome looks have become more rugged and being dark referred to much more than his appearance. He stands at a very tall 6 feet 4 inches, usually looking down at others which makes him feel, quite literally, above the rest. He has a rather structured build; his face is very chiseled and squarely defined while his body has more of a subtle athletically toned shape. Taking after his father, Evan has black hair, a set of light blue eyes and a smile that could kill in more ways than one. His attire is nothing to rave about, clearly sticking with wizarding robes, sick to his stomach that mudblood clothing has made it's appearance within his world. Evan is usually dressed in dark colors; black pants, boots and some sort of shirt (whether it's a button up, long sleeved or short, depending on the season) with a cloak to keep him warm in the fall and winter months. Strengths: He is intelligent, hard working, has a uncanny ability to lie better than most and yet he is trustworthy and loyal enough to always follow through on his promises Weaknesses: He sometimes lets his anger get the best of him and will act before thinking at times Personality: Cunning. Sly. Headstrong. Dangerous. Quick witted. Laid back. Likes: Women. Succeeding. Having power and money. Dueling. Quidditch. Fruit, specifically apples. And women. Dislikes: His ex-wife. Mudbloods. Hobbies: Achievements: Evan was Chaser for Slytherin from 1976 through 1982 where in that time they won the House Cup three years in a row -- '80, '81 and '82. In his 6th and 7th years, he scored the most points for his team as well as earned 6 N.E.W.Ts in that year.

	History

	Childhood: Evan Rosier was the first and only child of Evan Rosier Senior and his wife Gwendolyn. As his mother's little bundle of joy and the apple of his father's eye, Evan, like most purebloods of his time, had the privilege of growing up in a wealthy home. Named after his father, Evan was well protected by his parents to ensure that the family name would carry on through him. This was because his parents were unable to have any more children after their first son. Gwendolyn fell pregnant a few times after Evan, but they always ended in a miscarriage. So, by the age of 5, his father made a vow to protect his only son, even by means of death. From a young age, Evan was taught how important he was because of the purity of his blood. His young mind was filled with ideas of "purebloods" and "mudbloods", shown to him through child-like fables and poems. He grew up with his cousins Bellatrix, Andromeda and Narcissa, thinking that this was how life was – everyone pure, everyone with similar ideologies. The term Death Eater was never mentioned to him until late one evening. Evan was fast asleep in his bed, dreaming of magical things that he had only heard about in stories when the murmuring sounds of his parents talking awoke him from his deep sleep. Peeking his head out from behind his door, there stood his mother hugging his father tightly in her arms in the middle of the hallway repeating, "thank Merlin you're okay" over and over again. What made the situation even more confusing was the way his father was dressed. Why did he have such long black robes on? Why was he wearing a hood? And why was he holding such a frightening looking mask in his hand? "I am a Death Eater, Gwendolyn…" was all he heard his father say. Which immediately prompted an outburst from the boy, "what's a Death Eater?" From that day on, Evan was introduced to what it was that his father actually belonged to. His parents explained to him why these wizards had banded together (for the good of wizarding society, of course!), what they believed in, who was not allowed, but they never told him what they did. That would be left to a much later date in time. Whatever it was, Evan wanted to be a part of it. If daddy did it, he wanted to do it too! Through the years, Evan was a child terror. He was always getting himself into mischief and trouble – stealing his father's wand so that he could shock the cat as he found out he could do. There was a short period of time where poor Binx was hairless. School Years: Finally when Evan had made it to Hogwarts, it was obvious he would be a Slytherin, following in his father's footsteps and making his mother proud. While at Hogwarts, Evan made many friends, all of whom had ambitions of becoming Death Eaters and continuing what their fathers and grandfathers had started for them. His mischievous nature followed him for 7 years through school – pulling pranks, fooling around with girls, learning dirty tricks for Quidditch, fooling around with girls, getting into fights, getting detention and fooling around with girls. In the middle of all this, he found time to excel in his studies. He would never tell, but he loved to learn – he made it a point to be on time for each and every class and rarely skipped. If he did, it was only because he didn't want to look lame in front of his friends. What they didn't know was that he would stay up all night catching up on what he missed in that days lesson. By this age, Evan knew his father was a Death Eater and he knew what they did. As a young impressionable male adolescent, Evan desperately wanted to get in with the Death Eaters. He always seemed to feel a twinge of jealousy every time his father was summoned. Evan couldn't wait for the day where he would take the Mark, just as his father did. Tragedy struck however in March of 1981, the tail end of Evan's 6th year at Hogwarts. Evan found himself without a father and his mother without a husband. In the dark of night when Death Eaters had been summoned to do Voldemort's work, Evan Rosier Senior was killed by a man named Mad Eye Moody. Evan left school for a short period of time to attend his father's funeral. While he was gone, he insisted upon taking the Mark before returning to Hogwarts. Against his mother's wishes and ignoring her pleas, he joined the Death Eaters formally -- the brand marking his left arm. From then on, Evan vowed his revenge on Mad Eye Moody… Adulthood: In 1982 after leaving Hogwarts, Evan had had his heart set on joining the Department of Magical Law Enforcement within the Ministry of Magic. However, with the untimely and tragic death of his father, Evan decided to take over the family business and oversee the many branches to their company. While this job proved to be tedious and very time consuming, Evan somehow found a way to follow passion and ultimately become a lawyer. Eventually he hired a trustworthy individual to take his place as the one who oversaw the inner workings of his father's business. By the age of 26, after years of interning and volunteering, Evan was finally given a solid position within the DMLE as a defense lawyer. He took on small cases at first and gradually worked his way up the ladder to take on bigger cases with heavier workloads. It wasn't long until he was promoted to bigger cases with heavier workloads and a larger office to boot. He spent long days and many nights within his office, becoming quite the work-a-holic. All the while he was able to hide his affiliation with the Death Eaters. He was a cunning liar who spoke with such charisma and confidence that he could fool just about anyone. Even with Voldemort gone all this time, he still devoted himself to the Death Eater's and their cause. He took on tasks that most others would not and soon found himself amongst the Inner Circle (where his father had been not too long ago), one of the youngest within this elite group. Finally, in 1995 when Voldemort had returned, he continued the Dark Lord's bidding and with each terrorizing scare, brutal torturing and hellacious murder, the hunger for more grew stronger and stronger yet. He did it not only for his father, but for what he believed in and this was what he believed in – unforgivable curses and ridding the wizarding world of mudblood filth. Evan met his wife Arianwen through the Death Eaters. After she had taken the Mark, the two of them started a strictly physical relationship as their attraction for one another was quite palatable. During this relationship however, Evan found himself slowly falling for Arianwen -- she was unlike any woman he had been with before (and there were many). A short time into this twisted affair, he finally admitted to her how he truly felt and from there a more honest relationship blossomed. For the first time in his life, he finally found the one woman he could talk to freely, trust with his life, open his heart to leave himself vulnerable and love unconditionally. Evan wanted to make Arianwen his wife and thus asked her to marry him in the most romantic way -- in his bed. They were married in on June 1, 1997 at the Montague household in front of their family, friends and the Death Eaters (who would fall under the category of friends). For nearly a year, they worked together as husband and wife doing what the Dark Lord demanded, carrying out tasks, fighting Aurors and defending their beliefs. In late May of 1998 however, not long after Voldemort's defeat, the two were arrested in their home during a raid made by Aurors just days before their first anniversary. It was an emotion, heartbreaking goodbye said by both, the harsh reality that they would spend their first year together apart in Azkaban and possibly never see each other again. In 1999, without warning, Evan found himself being released on strict terms and conditions. He signed his name and was branded with yet another mark, but this one belonged to the Ministry the denote that he was a former prisoner of Azkaban, Inner Circle Death Eater, loyal to the Dark Lord Voldemort -- his number DE001 which lies just beneath the Dark Mark on his left arm. It did not take very long for the things to go completely wrong! After Evan found himself in trouble with the law yet again for assault on an Auror Member and threatening the well-being of his family, there was a sudden mass release of Death Eaters from Azkaban that left the public fearing for their lives and Death Eaters sent into hiding. While on the run with Fenrir Greyback, Evan received word from his wife that there was a safehouse specifically designed for the Death Eaters to use. He had arrived there to find his wife waiting for him. They were finally reunited... Happiness was short lived however. With the tight living quarters amongst other Death Eaters, the tension of the household, the inner struggles of control and an unwanted pregnancy put a strain on their marriage. It was slowly becoming clear to Evan that he was not, nor was he ever, in love with Arianwen. She was everything he could have ever wanted in a sexual partner, but was completely the wrong kind of woman to have chosen as his wife. He had mistaken the intense feeling of lust for love and realized all of this too late. In the end, he not only gave her a potion that would rid the child that was growing inside of her, but his wedding ring as well. He no longer wanted to be with Arianwen and he was sure she no longer wanted to be with him. During the attack on the Hogwarts Express, Arianwen was captured and arrested yet again while Evan got away, never looking back nor wanted to help free his ex-wife. She was no longer under his protection and cared less where she would end up. The celebration of his ex-wife's capture was short-lived when he returned to her room and found the vial that contained the abortion potion was still full and had never been opened...
